Who is it intended for?
To all who want to get to know India in an authentic way and deepen in the path of yoga and meditation and in themselves. The classes are suitable for all levels.
What are our values?
We will meet local people who live immersed in a spiritual path, thus being able to connect with the essence of the places we visit.
We make two journeys at the same time - one external and one internal that will take us beyond the mind, to the Consciousness that is plenitude in itself.
Less is more.
We have chosen a few special and sacred places to have a profound experience - without rushing and without the need to visit many places in a short time.

Feedbacks from past India retreats
"These fifteen days marked a before and after in my life!
I have noticed many internal changes in my body with the yoga practices, which are very powerful, all the breathing exercises, and I am taking with me a lot of knowledge and many practices that I didn't know before. I am taking them with me so that I can continue to integrate them into my life.
I also noticed changes in my mind, in my way of thinking, in my way of seeing things.
Being in India changes the way you look at things, the way people look at life is very different, it transmits a lot and so do the people I met on the trip. I take a little piece of everyone with me.
I am very grateful."
